A working checklist for keeping campaigns persuasive without crossing BMDC guidance on claims, comparisons and testimonials.
Most compliance trouble in healthcare marketing
Describe the service, not the outcome.

"Same-day echocardiography, reported by a consultant cardiologist"
is verifiable. "Best heart treatment in Dhaka" is not, and it is the kind of line that invites a complaint from a competitor rather than an enquiry from a patient.
Keep three files for every campaign: the claim, the source behind it, and the name of the doctor who signed it off. When a question arrives months later, that folder is the whole defence.
